Standing in the middle of 1 hectare 20 wide park , on side of the Dordogne river, the Castle of Lauzely lays in Pineuilh,city surrounding the bastide of Sainte Foy La Grande. Sainte foy stays at the joining point of three regions, the Gironde, the Dordogne and the Lot et Garonne. Our castle is very well situated : only 70 kilometers away from Bordeaux, 1 hour of train or car, and one hour away from Bordeaux airport and 1h30 from the region of Arcachon, in the vineyard of Bordeaux, near to the country of Duras, the Entre 2 Mers , Bergerac(20kms) and Périgord.
The Castle, which altogether with the nearby
building can shatter 20 persons, includes a large full equiped dining
kitchen, a contiguous dining room , 2 living-sitting rooms and a
bedroom on the groundfloor. On the first floor you find 4 large
bedrooms with bathrooms. The decoration is carefully choosen. Many
rooms have nice openfires.
